Requirements
To incorporate a Zone Company in ZDFZ, you need:
- ✓ Digital Residency - At least one director must be a Digital Resident
- ✓ Company Name - Unique name approved by the Regulator
- ✓ Memorandum & Articles - Standard templates provided by ZDFZ
- ✓ Share Capital - Must equal total nominal value of issued shares
- ✓ Official Wallet - Share Capital must be held in the company's Official Wallet
Incorporation Process
Submit Application
Complete the company registration form through the Zone OS.
Name Approval
Company name is checked for availability and approved by the Regulator.
Document Review
Memorandum and Articles of Association are reviewed and registered.
Company Registration
Company is registered, assigned a number, and certificate issued.
